Engagement Engines

Engagement engines keep each AI influencer's audience active between posts: replying to comments in the influencer's voice and joining relevant conversations in their niche. Open Engagement in the sidebar; everything on the page is per-influencer, so use the profile switcher to configure each one. Engagement features are available on Pro and Agency plans and require at least one connected social account.

What you see depends on your platforms

Each engine only appears when a connected platform actually supports it through its API. Of the platforms live today, X supports the full set (comment replies, discovery comments, and mentions). Support for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads is built and will light up when those platforms launch (Facebook accounts will still not support engagement engines). If a section is missing, the page tells you which capability your connected accounts lack.

Direct-message automation is not available. Engagement covers comments and replies only.

Comment Responder

Generates replies to comments on your influencer's published posts, written in that influencer's voice.

  • How it works: new comments are detected and the AI drafts a contextual reply based on the comment, the original post, and the influencer's personality. Duplicate comments are deduplicated so the same comment is never answered twice.
  • Auto-approve: off by default. When off, every draft waits in the approval queue; when on, replies post immediately.
  • Active platforms: toggle which connected platforms the engine runs on.

Discovery Engine

Finds relevant trending posts in your influencer's niche and drafts contextual replies to join those conversations, the main growth lever for reaching new audiences.

  • Target hashtags: define the hashtags the engine searches. Tags may only contain letters, numbers, and underscores, and duplicates are rejected.
  • Max daily engagements: a hard cap of 1–50 actions per day per platform (default 20) to stay within API rate limits and avoid spam detection.
  • Auto-approve: off by default; drafted replies are queued for your review, and all content passes through safety filters either way.

Approval Queue

Unless auto-approve is on, every AI-generated response waits in the Approval Queue tab before going live. The tab badge shows the pending count. Each card is labeled with its platform and action type, Comment Reply or Growth Comment, and shows the original comment or post alongside the generated response. Approve or reject items individually, or select several and bulk-approve.

Activity feed

The Activity tab is the chronological record of executed engagement actions: what was sent, on which platform, of which type, and how long ago. It loads 20 items at a time with a Load more button to page further back.

Interactions

The Interactions tab is a bulk workspace for reading and responding to comments. Incoming comments are classified by sentiment and topic using local AI, so you can triage a large volume and respond in batches.

Tone & rate controls

Settings → Engagement holds per-influencer controls that the engines honor:

  • Tone preset, friendly, flirty, playful, professional, or witty, applied to comment replies.
  • Rate cap, a maximum number of replies per hour.

Usage & limits

Engagement actions are metered like other platform usage: discovery comments, comment replies, and the reads the system performs all count toward your plan's usage. See Billing & Plans for rates.
